Initial discussion with the aim of clarifying the situation and preparing the transfer of knowledge with the manager / client
Step 2
Kick-off with executives, knowledge providers and knowledge participants with the aim of establishing a sustainable working relationship
Step 3
Implementation of analysis interviews with the aim of: Identifying the relevant areas of knowledge from different perspectives, selecting suitable transfer methods
Step 4
Conversion of the analysis results into an action plan and implementation of the knowledge transfer with the aim of: elaboration and agreement of actions and transfer of knowledge critical to success, if necessary handover of tasks
Step 5
Completion of the transfer with the goal: Final target / actual comparison of the tasks from the action plan and, if necessary, recommendations for further measures. Feedback from those involved
